Obviously if you opt for this service you’ll get your money back if your item adheres to our normal terms and conditions (ie. is packed appropriately and is not a prohibited item). You will be refunded if we don’t attempt delivery to the recipient by the 6pm on the next day.
To book a money back guranteed courier delivery simply use the usual courier quotes form and choose the fourth option down. It’s that simple.
