Of course you can. A very large number of our customers just send the one parcel on an ad-hoc basis. The reason they use us is that with our service it is very quick to see how much it costs to send a parcel as well as exceptionally easy to register compared to stepping out to the Post Office or registering directly with a parcel delivery company – who may not even accept low volume customers.
We’ve built Parcel Monkey on the premise that many people just need to send the one parcel by courier every now and then – perhaps they’re returning an item, or sending something bulky like a bicycle and they physically not able to take it to a courier’s collection point.
