Parcel Monkey is a fast, efficient parcel delivery booking process because it is entirely conducted online. All you need to do is place the dimensions of the parcel into the quote form, choose which service you’d like, add in the collection and collection details, give some information about the contents of the parcel, read and understand the prohibited items list and Terms and Conditions, pay, use the shipping label (in most circumstances) and hand over your parcel to the courier – that’s it. An expensive call centre would just obfuscate this process. We do have clear help files should you need them, however.
After you’ve placed your order you’re free to call the relevant City Link depot if you’ve missed a collection or would like to drop your parcel off. But this would only be the case for a small fraction of customers.
People use Parcel Monkey because the process of booking a parcel to be delivered is fast and efficient, and that can only be done with a self-service, automated, online system.
