Can I Drop Parcels Off With Parcel Monkey?

Written by admin on January 9th, 2012

parcelforce1 Can I Drop Parcels Off With Parcel Monkey? This is certainly an interesting question. The whole premise of Parcel Monkey is that we offer a parcel delivery service from door to door that saves you both money and time. We feel it is a waste of our customer’s time, given that the vast majority of  people don’t get enough time to rest and relax, to require them to drop parcels off at a courier depot. We prefer our customers to be working or relaxing than popping off to a depot or collection point – plus who wants wants to go out in this weather?

Very occassionaly, at times of peak demand, it can be prudent to drop off a parcel at the depot if there have been issues relating to collections – but this is a extreme rarity however. For some of our services you will be given the phone number of the relevant depot should you need to contact them. If, in unusual circumstances, you need to drop off a parcel at the depot then, obviously that’s a decision you can make – although the parcel delivery eco-system is designed for you not to need to do so.

We want to make your life easier, not ask you to do something a courier should be doing.
